1) Avoid the Instt., where Coaching culture is running. because every engineer need personal attention alone of the Faculty.

2) Avoid the Instt, Which pressurize to get trained only on single brand, because , u do not know ,Which PLC u have to face at the time of Interview.

3) Avoid Training Instt, Who do not train you on the relay logic circuit designing because , before PLC , electrical design is required.

4) Avoid the training Institute Who do not pressurize you to run the hard hands-on project by yourself alone. because such instt are only interested to take the money and give the Training certificate.you do not need certificate, but you need only Expertise and hold on the Automation to get good JOB and hence good Career.

5) avoid the training institute Who Pressurize u to get the course of DCS and SCADA, because ,a fresher need only Basics practical hands-on training on automation.

6) Do not get impressed with Wall Photos of candidates who got selected thru candidate ,they are either fake or got job thru their own capabilities.

Once again I advise to Aspirants , Plz take utmost care while selecting the training Institute , wherever you join, but remember that The fees given by you is a hard earned money as now some PLC training Institute has made a professional business to cheat the young Fresh Graduated seeking job.
