I have been interacting with many of the training seekers last few years. One of the most important questions raised by 99 percent of training seekers is “Suggest an institute who can provide placement after training”. This is an expectation in the mind of almost all training seekers who wants to get a job after completing training. This is valid expectation. However there are different terminologies used by the training providers ( training institutes, training centers) to handle this most frequently asked questions.
Based on my interactions with more than 500+ training providers across India, As a training seeker you will get any one of the response as below.
1. No Placement Support
2. Basic Placement Support
3. 100% Placement Assistance
4. 100% Placement Assured or 100% Guaranteed Placement
Each of response, may be look familiar but carry different meaning and it may influence your decision making. I have attempted to give you an insight of each of the statements, based on that you can make your own decision.
First of all, we need to understand that a training provider is training provider, not a job provider. If any promises on the above statement can be considered as supplement to the training but can’t be taken as assurance. I am very much aware that most of the training providers work towards to get placement for their trainees, reason is that they get more business also it will increase their reputation. However, it’s the responsibility of both trainer seeker and training provider to have a clear understanding of the promises and expectations.
In the part of this article, i will cover each terminologies in detail. Thanks for reading Yet5.com Blog and keep watching for new training tips.
